The service desk receives nearly 80% of inquiries on the default ticket form. Some of those inquiries could be expedited by using the correct form for the situation. Here are links to forms specific to some of the most common requests we receive.
Request a new TPE user account - or account permissions change
Request a new SharePoint user account - or account permissions change
Technical or Authoring support for websites
Newsroom or Public Meeting Manager access request
Using these forms and others found in the Servicedesk.oregon.gov Service Portal will allow you to enter all the relevant data for your request and thereby have your request assigned and served faster than by using email or the default ticket form.
