Create a New Page
This article discusses creating an Oregon.gov website page using one of the page templates provided for the Oregon.gov look and feel.
Notes:
- Creating pages requires contribute permissions in the site.
- All web pages must be created and remain in the Pages library. Moving a page out of the Pages library could have detrimental affects on the site.
- Be sure to keep the original Pages library in tact. A re-created Pages library may not work as expected.
- The page layouts offered in the 'OregonPublishingPagesV4_5' category of the 'New Document' drop menu that are identified as Oregon options are created to meet the style and accessibility requirements of Oregon.gov. SharePoint out of the box and other custom page layouts may deliver other than optimum results.
