Fonts, Sizes and Colors
Adjusting fonts, font sizes, font colors and page template colors may result in unfavorable accessibility results. Much effort has been placed on ensuring a very high degree of accessibility in the page layouts. If an opportunity for improved accessibility is found, please bring it to the attention of the Oregon E-Government Service Desk for consideration.
Tables
If a table is to be used, consider using the Data Tables web part. HTML tables are hard to maintain for most casual authors and even harder to maintain in an accessible manner. The Data Tables web part takes care of styling, accessibility and even has filtering, searching and sorting as built in features whereas HTML tables are simple flat content with no featuring.
Images
Where images are used, they should be reduced in both their memory and physical size to be web friendly. Make your images earn their way on to the page.
Copy and Paste
Please note that using 'Ctrl-v' or the right click paste command are the two methods to paste content into web pages. The paste menu that is referenced in the video may show up fairly high on the screen.
