TPE Advanced Search

This video and the article below describe the Advanced Search functionality for TPE users.

Advanced Search is available to all TPE user permission levels.

TPE Advanced Search Overview

The initial page displayed after login is the search page. Using advanced search, TPE can find sets of orders matching several categories of criteria:

• Basic Information - This includes the merchant and service, order ID range, date range and status of orders.
• Customer Information - Includes customer names and identifiers when used, email address and payment methods.
• Credit Card Information - Includes card number, name on the card and the type of credit card that was used.
• Bank Account Information - Includes account number, check number and name on the check.  This is for ACH transactions.
• Billing - This is not used as Oregon does not have accounts with recurring invoicing.

These sets of criteria can be used individually or in combination to yield results including one or several orders in TPE.
