Google Analytics (GA4) - FormBuilder submissions
the FormBuilder submissions exploration helps you to understand which forms are being used on your site and how often they are being filled and submitted. This can be an indicator as to whether a form is needed or if it is in an area of the site that the public may not expect it to be so is being under utilized. This exploration only tells how many submissions have been made for a form. The actual submission data is obtained in the FormBuilder tool using the submissions feature. The starter exploration for this is named '010-Formbuilder Submissions - Counts & Page'. The exploration may be copied and modified for your agency use.

Notes
This exploration contains two tabs, one for the lowercase version of the path and one for the uppercase version. Google Analytics 4 counts varied use of letter case as separate entries so consider common letter case uses of your viewers when collecting metrics to get a more complete picture.
Filters
Event name - Don't change this. The value here keeps the exploration focused on form submissions.
Hostname - This should be set to your appropriate domain. For standard oregon.gov sites, it should be set to exactly match 'www.oregon.gov' for host header sites, it should exactly match your agency's domain such as 'osha.oregon.gov' or 'dfr.oregon.gov' etc.
Page path + query string - For standard oregon.gov sites, this should be set to begin with the agency website acronym such as '/das/' or '/odot/' etc. For host header sites, this is not required but may be used to narrow results to a specific path in your site.
