Google analytics 4 (GA4) - Helpful feedback poll comments exploration
The Helpful feedback poll - comments exploration helps organizations to obtain the comments made by people who used the helpful feedback poll and voted 'No', that the page was not helpful and left comments when prompted by the poll. No vetting or controls are in place as to the quality of feedback, so the usefulness of feedback depends solely on the site visitor that left the comment. The starter exploration is named '005-Helpful Page Poll : Page Feedback

Notes
There is a limitation on this exploration that the team is working on. The feedback displayed is limited to about 90 characters. There is no workaround at the time of writing to obtain the rest of the feedback.
There are two tabs in the starter exploration. One tab filters for the lowercase agency website acronym, the other tab filters for the uppercase version. Letter case variations are counted as separate results in Google Analytics 4.
Filters
Hostname - should be set to your appropriate domain. Standard Oregon.gov sites are set to 'sss.oregon.gov' and host header sites are set to something similar to 'dfr.oregon.gov', 'sos.oregon.gov' etc.
Event category - Don't change this. This filtered value keeps the exploration focused on the feedback from the poll.
Page path + query string - For host header sites, this is not required but may be used to narrow results to one site path. For Oregon.gov sites, this must be set to begin with your agency website acronym such as /das/ or /odot/. Be sure to include the leading and trailing slashes.
