Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - Helpful Page Poll Votes
This exploration will help web site teams identify web pages that may not be serving the viewers the best that they could. Using the data here will allow efforts to be focused on pages where it's needed based on real viewer feedback. The starter exploration for this is named '006-Helpful Page Poll : Page Votes'. This starter exploration can be copied and tailored for your agency needs.

Notes
Like other explorations, the page path and query filter can be expanded to focus on one subsite at any level in the site.
Known Issue: The length of feedback is limited. This results in feedback being cut off short of completion at times. This is recognized and the support team is watching for information to be released about how to remove that limitation. In the meantime, there is no workaround offered from Google that we have found. Once a solution is offered, we will work to implement it.
Values
Event value - Don't change this. The event value (yes votes) allow focus on very low scoring pages so they can be compared to the total number of events (votes). A low event value when coupled with a relatively high number of events can indicate a page that has been found to be not very helpful to viewers.
Event count - Don't change this. The event count considers all votes, helpful or not, that the yes votes are compared against to calculate a score.
Filters
Hostname - Set to exactly match either www.oregon.gov or your host header site domain and subdomain. These are those like dfr.oregon.gov or boli.oregon.gov.
Event Name - Don't change this. This is what causes this exploration to focus on vote events
Page path + query string - For standard Oregon.gov sites, this should be set to begin with the agency website acronym like /das/ or /odot/. For host header sites this is not required but may be used to narrow the path for which results will be included.
